Very nice staff. Room seemed very clean. A little run down but not bad. Mattress had a bug protector on it. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good (eggs, sausage, cubed potatoes,biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast).

I have stayed here before I like the convenience the quietness and the location plus it is great value for money. Sadly, this time I was disappointed with the room allocation, but I know there was a snow storm. There was available rooms. The room I was given already had a tenant inside with all of their luggage and the door was open. As a disabled person with luggage, there was no one there to help me so I had to struggle up the stairs in the snow.

I stayed here during the ice storm in January of 2026. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were working around the clock to assist guests that lost power in their homes. I am thankful for their hospitality and highly recommend!

/The room felt like an old Motel, nothing like quality expected from Baymont. The first room, the door would not lock from the inside. They had us change rooms. The second room, the phone did not work at all. There was no hot water in the bathroom shower. I had to leave the room and walk to the office to report the issues. They were going to have us move rooms again but it was late and we were tired. So, she was going to have maintenance check it out the next morning. They fixed the hot water, you had to crank the handle extremely hard to the left while it made a ripping sound. Sounded like it was stripping out. Breakfast was a disaster - no hot coffee- tipid at best. Gravy was runny like water. The sad

The location is convenient to the freeway and the breakfast was an unexpected delight. The rooms are clean and cozy and regularly serviced. The parking is free as is the Wi-Fi and the breakfast and this is sensational value for money.
