Hotel and room were mostly clean. The upper levels of the bathroom hadn’t been dusted however the rest of the room had. The electric blind needs maintenance but worked.

Our group paid for parking and free shuttle to the airport. Before we boarded our plane to return to Nashville we confirmed with the desk that the shuttle would be there to pick us up and they confirmed that it would be there 30 minutes after the last flight into Nashville. We landed and called right away and they said that the shuttle wasn't available. Our flight was on time with no delays!
