Very convenient to the train station yet totally quiet. If you are dropped off by car though it is very hard to know where to unload and there are only mini luggage carts that you have to go to an upper level to request

Hotel was very nice, room was adequately sized and the shower was fantastic! Great views of Nara from our floor too. Great location and having a Lawson's was very handy. However, the Jazz bar being closed was definitely a huge downside. It being a part of the hotel was a big reason why I chose it over other competitors. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant either as I couldn't get a reservation. Overall it wasn't a waste but it was a bit deceitful to not alert guests that one of your main attractions was not available

It is very conveniently located right by the JR. Exit from the west side of the station. Lawson convenient store is on the first floor and it can even help you to make museum reservations. I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast offers different kinds of food. Most delicious.

Really liked this spot because it’s in the middle of Kyoto and Osaka. The hotel is 10/10 there’s a laundry room and a gym room as well as a cafe and Jazz bar which is amazing so much offered by this hotel much better and the price was amazing.

It was so clean and lovely view. Very comfortable and clean bed and luxury amenities even TV with BATH TUB!! Breakfast was sooo good Japanes and eastern style with many kinds of food with great price. I’m totally satisfied and will come back again.

Clean room, plenty of shops nearby. Nice view. Unfortunately for us, with 2 kids who drink a lot of water, there was no where to fill up water bottles. As per the staff on the first day, they just told us to come get some water bottles from reception. So we got 2 extra and then just boiled water in the kettle cos I hate using up so many bottles. On the second day when we asked as we were leaving, one the staff just said to buy it from Lawson.
