The room was about 15m from the rail line, which is also right where the trains noisily change tracks. I would never have booked this room.
The line for the ramen in the evening was also unacceptable, with only one or two staff serving. A number of customers took multiple bowls for themselves and grabbed handfuls of ice cream pops.
I’ve stayed at several other hotels of this brand, all of which were cleaner, quieter and better run.
I don’t understand the value of my Expedia Platinum status when I’m given one of the worst rooms in the place.
