We had a wonderful stay! Great sized rooms for traveling with teens. Excellent amenities, laundry, filtered water, shared space, andbeautiful dining area. Everything was amazingly clean and comfortable - the bathrooms are beautiful! Right on the edge of the park - close to everything yet so peaceful. We stayed four nights and could have happily stayed longer!

Big and quiet room, but very hard beds (in the japanese-style room). Perfect location for entering the Nara park early in the morning. Also central to other restaurants and shops.

We loved this hotel -- a spacious room by Japan's hotel standards and great view. We opted to pay for the Western breakfast, which was healthy and tasty: sausage, a soft-boiled egg, fruit, rolls, roasted vegetables, pickled cabbage, soup and granola with yogurt. This wasn't a buffet but a tray with several plates of beautifully arranged food. About 5 minutes from the deer in the park.

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect and very quiet at night. The only minor complaint would be the curtains are not entirely blackout, but that’s probably a good thing as it gets you up early in the morning when the crowds in the park are minimal. The A/C in our unit seemed to struggle to keep up making the upstairs bunk beds a little warmer, something to consider if you are traveling in Japans hot summers.
