ホテルスタッフは皆マスクからでもわかる笑顔の対応で親切だった。 大浴場も清潔に管理され隅まで清掃され快適。 シャンプーバーも用意され楽しむことができた。 4歳児と大人2名でツインの部屋にし、シングルベッドを移動させ引っ付けたが」クイーンサイズベッドぐらいになり子連れにも最適であった。 防音性もよく、子供が多少騒いでいても外へは漏れにくい（少し聞こえる）程度。廊下にフィーリング音楽が流れているが少し部屋内にも聞こえてくるのは少し気になった。 朝食は非常に美味しく、鍋、天ぷら、炊き込みご飯など楽しめた。
