Welcome to Pelican On The Bay!

Pack your bags and get ready for paradise! Welcome to Isles of Capri, where you can escape the ordinary and experience the extraordinary.

This 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with an in ground heated pool and Jacuzzi Spa with views toward the water. This is a Key West style house and is located on Pompano Bay. It has gorgeous wide water views. Three floors of living area provide plenty of space and privacy for you and the whole family. Situated on an oversized lot with a big back yard and huge dock with quick direct-access to the Gulf of America. Floating Boat Dock can accommodate up to a 19' boat (NO PONTOON BOATS).

There is a sandbar behind the house which makes the perfect place to lounge in a beach chair with a drink in one hand and a fishing pole in the other, where you can also launch our kayaks and paddle boards with ease.

SWFL is the boating capitol of the world. It's a mecca for boating, fishing, diving and all water sports enthusiasts. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied. Grab your rods and jump on a boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about.

Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts and abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. The restaurants even offer to cook your own catch so you can feast on the fresh seafood with out having to deal with the hassle of cooking and cleaning afterwards. We are located one mile from Marco Island & only 20 minutes away from Downtown Naples with its sophisticated shopping & five star dining. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing, amazing boating and fantastic golfing. We are part of Rookery Bay Preserve which means no matter where you are, you will see lots of Dolphins, Manatees and Pelicans that live here and are always passing by or putting on a show.

You never know what you will see and anything is possible. Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax, unwind and let the sights, sounds and smells, soothe your mind, body and soul. Welcome to paradise!

Great Away

Perfectly located near the Peninsula on Isles of Capri- this house has all the indoor amenities you could want- from well equipped kitchen to beach supplies to kayaks and BBQs. With decks of the 3rd and 2nd floor, covered patio and a beautiful long private dock you don’t need to leave. If you do, there are 4 tiki bar/restaurants down the road, and the Marc Island area has gorgeous beaches, great boating and all types of dining. Our host was very gracious and flexible.

Beautiful Home in Amazing Setting

This was a spring break trip for my husband and I and his three teen kids. The kids have always stayed on the beach, so we opted for something different this trip. Turns out it was a hit. They loved the dock, having the kayaks, fishing poles, loved seeing the dolphins and sting rays in the bay. They caught a lot of fish, but released them. Since we weren't on the beach, we opted to try different beaches when we went and it was a lot of fun! The neighborhood was beautiful and full of friendly folks. Lots of walking paths to get out and get some movement in. The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone wonderfully. Lots of room for everyone and all had their own bedroom. With teens, that's huge. The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities. I was able to get groceries delivered. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This home has it all- except beach access which is easy to find on Marco Island. The views from the many decks are beautiful and make you feel like you are on vacation. The interior is clean, spacious, beautifully designed for comfort. It was just my friend and I visiting, but there was space for so many with private spaces for all. We love the island and the restaurants there. It made for a great taste of warm weather in the midst of the cold northern winter! Just what we needed! The hosts were very helpful.

Outstanding family gathering space!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was clean and well-equipped but the layout was particularly helpful. The three parts of our family each had a floor and a bathroom, so privacy was excellent. The pier was wonderful and the supply of extra toys (umbrellas, water items, etc.) was super helpful. Had a couple of questions for the hosts, and they were very quick to reply. Marco Island is the next island, very convenient and we had a great 4th of July experience on Tigertail Beach. We extended with day trips to Naples and Ft Myers, which were lovely. Even got to hold a gator on a swamp tour! Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great house on the bay on Isles of Capri

The house was great. The kids loved fishing from the dock. They saw dolphins every day. The variety of cookware was nice. Decor was cute and beds were comfy. Loved all the throws. The downstairs shower could use a curtain so water doesn't go everywhere. Also, a book with the rules would be nice. Otherwise, house was awesome!! Would definitely rent again!

My family stayed here and it was our first time on the Isles of Capri. We loved the home (so clean and beautiful) and the views from both the front deck and back deck. Marco Island is a short 10 minutes away, but the Isles of Capri had everything we needed!

Beautiful House, nice quiet location

Nice spacious house with all the amenities. Beautiful views. Very well stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager Evelin was very good. Only issue is the dock/pier is not really available for tying a boat (even a small one) long term or even overnight as the water at low tide is only 3-6" with oyster shells everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay on Aisle of Capri

We loved our home away from home at this VRBO. The house had many amenities to accommodate our group. The only 2 items that we felt would have been helpful would be a bathroom/shower on lower level where the secondary suite is located, and a pool. The water levels were too low to be able to dock a boat at the cottage right now. Other than that, our stay was perfection!

Good house that could be Great

The house was very clean and in a great location for us. The property manager was also fantastic to work with as we made a mistake and they were very accommodating to help out. The house has a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans to cook and the view from the patio is fantastic. Overal we were very happy with this house. The beds/linnen in the house were quite cheap and that together with placards laying around all over the house telling you everything will be checked really made us feel this was a true rental property, to us was a bit unwelcoming. A more tasteful alternative would be to summarize all these rules/instructions in a booklet that is just in 1 area. Other than that, the house was great!
