Hidden gem closed to everything, beaches, dining options, bars, etc. Place is very clean, seems newly renovated. Staff super friendly and very communicative. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone

I like that everything is there in the room and how helpful they are. I don’t like the parking but I get it. It’s only so much they can do in the location they are at. They should add a pool or hot tub and if never go anywhere else but it’s nearly the perfect place to stay when in town I’ll always recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly.

A bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very roomy but very stark. All white and bare, hardly any artwork on the walls making the room appear cold. Supposedly a 4* resort so a bit disappointing for what we paid. On the other hand, there were bikes we could ride for no charge and beach chairs we could borrow. Enjoyed both. Location is good.

This property has a very nice efficiency type of set up and is a great place to stay at if you'll be on the go. It's located in a wonderful safe fun location and the rooms are very clean with modern appliances.

I’d choose this place over almost any place in Naples. The only thing that’s missing is the beach being right outside the door but it’s only minutes away. And everyone there is always so nice.

Please don’t stay here…. I don’t want anyone else finding out about it! What a pleasant experience it was to stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. A great place to stay if you are not looking to be beachside. I will be back. Shhhh.

The property is loosing the perfect 5 stars that I always give. I do not know what has been going on the last two times we stayed there, but it needs some TLC very soon. It will be a shame if it continues to decline. I did not take pictures
