There was a problem with the location. The address given to us by Expedia was not the address for the Royal rooms. It was an address for some of their other rooms. It was quite a hassle to find the correct address communicating with the owner took us a couple of extra hours. Expedia needs to get the correct address. The driver dropped us off at the wrong place.

Room was clean and spacious. Neighborhood was a little dark and scary but we had no issues. The staff/owners were very helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Transit options were very close.

It was perfect for what we needed. At first we thought it was a sketchy area but nobody bothered us. Very quick walk to the train station and the cafe they provide the breakfast vouchers for is very good. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but more of a come and go convenient, clean and safe place. One downside is it can be loud in the hallways in the morning.

Recently remodeled room. A/C in room along with a small fridge. Room was quiet. Breakfast is across the street at a cafe. Free croissant and cappuccino with provided coupon. Door at street level is locked at night - need key or passcode. Undesirable neighborhood with homeless sleeping on the sidewalk, though this maybe normal for Naples. Heavy police presence in the area which was comforting.

A hidden gem

A fantastic hotel. Convenient location a short stroll from the train station, and a short bus journey/taxi to the airport. On first appearance it didn't look great, as the hotel is down a passageway, but don't judge a book by it's cover. On entering the building it was fresh, clean and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. And then on entry into the room....wow! It was modern, spacious and had a huge outdoor area, with seating for socialising. Rooms were freshened up daily to a good standard.

The floor of the room was extremely dirty. I had to take two wet towels and hand mop the floor. Secondly - the “sofa bed” was extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing about this hotel/room was it’s VERY close to the train station. The area is pretty unsafe - saw many homeless people right outside the property. Garbage on the streets and bed smell everywhere.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, we were able to check in a little prior to check in time. It was noisy at times but nothing that lasted too long that we had to worry about. It is very convenient because it is right by the train station so we were to walk to the train station very early in the morning.

Uncomfortable sleep

The check-in process and cleanliness were fine, but we had trouble sleeping due to noise from neighboring rooms, like loud toilet flushes and door noises. Additionally, the 'free breakfast' was just one croissant and coffee, which was not up to our expectations at all. I cannot come back to this again and cannot recommend at all.
