The staff sent us good directions and we found the hotel easily. The B&B is located on the 4th floor of a building from the 18th century. They did an amazing job with the renovation. However, access to the 4th floor is not the easiest when you have suitcases and the elevator is located after several steps up and only takes one person at a time. Staff was very cordial and spoke good English. Breakfast was superb! If you want a charming place next to the water and don’t have lots of luggage, consider this one a great find.

Very comfortable room, excellent customer service, excellent breakfast. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating, they even helped me try to get a cab during their Napoli futbol championship celebration when the entire city was shutdown. Very close to the water and amazing restaurants. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. There is an elevator but it costs 10 cents (euros) per ride and it is very small. But overall very great stay!

We had a great time at Napoli Tree and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, just a block away from the water and many dining options. The hotel itself is cute and decorated in a fun and vintage way. We highly recommend this stay!

What a beautiful property! The waterfront is the place to stay in Naples and this property was wonderful. The proprietors were amazing. The breakfast was incredible and the room was perfect. We would highly recommend anyone staying in Naples to stay at Napoli Tree Lungomare!!!

We loved our stay at Napoli Tree. The staff were lovely and helped us navigate transport and offered great touring suggestions. Neighborhood is perfect with many wonderful neighborhood restaurants and near the sea. The room was large, clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
