Excellent location, room has everything you need. Bed is comfortable but did not like pillow. That is only negative I have. I wish there is two types of pillow, soft and hard. Host can be reaches easily. Met us at the entrance of building. Breakfast is simple with tea or coffee with choice of croissants. I will stay again if I come to Naple again. I always stay in Hilton but there was none near this location and thus I gave try and it was good.

A lovely welcome, were able to check in early and leave our luggage there which was very much appreciated. Max gave lots of tips on places to visit and eat as well as safety advice. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Our breakfast was delivered on time and was delicious. The only tiny down side was that although there was a kettle there was no tea or coffee making facilities. I do like to have a cup of tea to wake up!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Very good central location.

Fabulous stay with my two teenage sons. To have the option of 3 beds was unusual and hugely appreciated! The service from our hosts was impeccable and I cannot thank and praise them enough. Even checking in with us every evening to make sure that we were okay and didn't need anything. I give this accomodation the highest possible praise and eating. If I could give 6 stars I would! The place is super clean ! Its a good place to stay if you plan to be out all day . Its near the naples central station. Its just kind of sketchy outside the hotel but there are a lot of police so its still safe. Lots of places to eat ! Overall this hotel is not bad at all.

Convenient location and room is clean and modernized. Friendly staff. The neighborhood outside is convenient in proximity to train station, but appears pretty run down and doesn’t feel super safe with the kids. The staff was communications over WhatsApp and met us outside the building and escorted us into the property. The building hosts many residences from various companies. Once you’re inside, it’s nice and well maintained. Breakfast service and everyone so friendly made up for the exterior shortcomings.

This property exceeded expectations. The josts were incredibly welcoming and friendly meeting on arrival and messaging prior to arrival with instructions- a few minutes walk from the central train station and a busy bustling area on arrival. The contact prior to and meeting by the host was really helpful. The room and decoration of the vicinity was beautiful- don’t be put off by the bustling streets. Would definitely stay again and so conveniently located.

Amazing welcoming staff that offered recommendations of things to do in the city. Breakfast in our room was amazing. They were very reaponsive to all of our requests. I would highly recommend this hotel.
