The bathrooms had hair and drains dirty. They were also dated. The coffee maker and coffee was terrible. The air conditioner was very noisy as were the neighbors.

The hotel is really nice and we had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the pools, restaurants, and had a beautiful view from our room of the marina. Pros: The property itself is very unusual with a marina right there. It was fun to look at the boats out our window and on our walk to the pool. The pool area is very nice and we had no problems getting chairs every day, especially in the adults-only quiet area. The pina coladas were delicious as was the food! We enjoyed all of the pools, including the lazy river which was a nice touch. Things to know: The pools are a bit of a walk from the resort side of the property. It's not terribly far but neither of us wore our flip flops for the walk. They also offer golf cart rides to the pools. Additionally, we parked in the garage under the lobby building. We always found parking but sometimes it felt like we got the last spot. Overall, we would stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the staff was really friendly, and the location is pretty convenient.

We really loved the property. It is in excellent condition with a staff to match. Restaurants are all wonderful too. Our only disappointment being the lack of ice buckets in each room and an ice machine on each floor. To obtain ice you have to call room service. You then get a delivery of a filled ice bucket. It would be more convenient to have ice self-service and readily available. Minor disappointment, considering all the positives, but worth consideration. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Beautiful property, enjoyed our time. Odd for this type of property not to have ice available. If you want ice you must contact the front desk and they have to have a bellman bring it. Its more efficient and easier to have an option to just go get some ice as needed. That's very resolvable. Additionally, most hotels offer coffee/tea service in or near the lobby early in the morning for those of us early risers, but that also was not a thing here, you'd need to wait until the restaurant opened at 7:00 or make it in your room. We did that buts its not the best of coffee. Bed was very comfy, view was beautiful, the club pool area and fitness center top-notch! Tommy the shuttle driver and Bell-Man was the most accommodating staff member of all. Went out of his way on several occasions and had a very kind spirit/charm. The only other complaint was that we called to notify housekeeping they didn't bring fresh coffee, mugs, glasses, towels and wash cloths, they were going to send someone. But that did not happen, we made due.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was exceptional. The cleanliness of the resort, all around was great. Hotel was also in walking distance downtown area of shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again!

Love this location. The upgrade room was just amazing . Love the gym , spa and pool. I liked that it’s super close to the beach and they have a shuttle . The marina with the shops and cafe was just perfect .
