THE DISTINCTION is a unique brand new built 2022 fine-tuned million dollar luxury vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park.

This contemporary brand new 3 bedroom plus den and 3 bathroom home boasts over 2,000 sq. ft. of living area. In addition to the outdoor built-in kitchen, heated pool, outdoor shower and brand new landscaping, the interior is tastefully decorated with a new modern touch, sparkling white quartz kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, LED TV and designer furniture throughout. The Master bedroom features a King Bed with separate access door directly to the pool and it’s own Master suite bathroom.
