Just minutes from Downtown Naples, Beaches, and Marco Island, the convenience continues. This is a sweet spot location that can appeal to golfers, beach-goers, shoppers, diners, and for those who just want to get away.

With vaulted ceilings, over 1300 SQ ft, and a spacious layout, this unit can accommodate you for all your needs. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King sized-bed with a TV and direct access to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two comfy twin sized-beds and its own TV. Each bedroom is accompanied by its own FULL bathroom. The main living room is spacious, comfortable, and is accompanied by a dining table. Your Large Lanai overlooks the water and exudes peace and tranquility with the water fountain running at all times.

IF BEACHES ARE YOUR INTEREST, world class beaches are at both Marco Island and Naples. About 7 miles in both directions. About a 10-15 minute drive.

IF GOLF IS YOUR INTEREST, the condo is short walk across the parking lot to the Lely Flamingo/Mustang clubhouse. They are public courses. No car is needed when playing a round of golf or using the practice facility. The condo is very close to the driving range, chipping area with sand trap and putting greens. STAYING AT OUR CONDO CAN GET YOU DISCOUNTS FOR GOLF AT THE LELY COURSES.

Sam Snead’s restaurant and tavern is attached to the Clubhouse and also a short walk from the condo.
