The room we had (Capri) was very cute and clean. Very easy to get there, the property manager Miriam sent us a text with all the instructions and information. We got coupons for everyday coffee and a pastry in the nearby cafe. About 8-10 minutes walk to the Garibaldi station. So very convenient. We enjoyed our staying. Thank you!!!

We had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place. Clean, safe. Neighborhood is a little rough but there’s a market out front everyday - easy to get fruit!! Very lovely place, would stay here again.

Very disappointed

It is not a Hotel. It is an apartment subdivided into rooms. The neighborhood is dirty and sketchy. No one showed up even the first day. They offered breakfast but the first day we did not have three cards for it. The pictures on Hotels.com don’t show the surroundings because they are horrible. We were afraid of going out at night to search for a restaurant.

the room is very clean and modern. the bed is comfy and they clean the room everyday. the cleaner is very friendly also when i met her once.the place is very near to naples central station so it is convenient to travel to the airport and to other nearby towns like pompeii or sorrento. the place is also near to restaurants and food shops and the cafe for breakfast is just in front of the building across the road. will surely stay again if i will be back to naples.

We were right in the middle of a very authentic neighbourhood away from the touristy areas. It was great. The locals were friendly and "real". What a great experience. The only complaint about the property is that the gas was shut off so were not able to use the stove or oven. Instead, we had to cook everything in a shared microwave, but the owner was very helpful in getting us settled in. The clothesline was jammed, but we were able to rig up our own clothesline outside the windows above the courtyard. Even the neighbours across the courtyard tried to help out as they called out to us from their own windows. Just like being in a Bogart movie.

The room is conveniently located from the train station, so that was nice. It’s a bit of a sketchy area, but it’s fine once you’re inside. The room is clean and tastefully decorated, but walls are thin, so you have to hope for good roommates. A couple was fighting next to us, but stopped as soon as someone from another room told them to “shut up.” Breakfast is coffee and a croissant, which we were fine with. Good bed and shower.

Give this one a hard pass

There is no one there. Remote entry off of a dingy second floor hallway. An elevator that is so small we barely got in with our crayon luggage. Nothing at the ‘reception’ desk and three keys laying on the desk with our name on a sticky note - none of which are labeled to help identify what they were for- Repeatedly tried to contact re: laundry and taxi needs and got no response. There is a light above the bed that flickers and since there is no one there, no way to get help. It’s in a filthy dirty neighborhood - we did not feel safe leaving after dark.
