The room -King with water view was very clean, nice and spacious. Complimentary breakfast very good. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel located in a good location within close proximity of beach in North Naples areas. 5th ave was just a short 5 - 10 minute drive away

I have stayed at this hotel so many times I hate not to be positive. The location is fabulous. Breakfast this time was disappointing. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. The staff definitely seemed disinterested this time usually hey are friendly.

The room Way excellent as always Every year we cama back in this time of the year for our anniversary But this year the hotel doesn’t has the breakfats as usually. The breakfast was poor , no omellets , nos eggs , no bacon , no cheese , no han Only pastrys And the músician that every day enjoy with the fantastic MUSIC in the lobby doesnt been there So it was a very common stay instead of fantastic
