I have stayed at this hotel so many times I hate not to be positive. The location is fabulous. Breakfast this time was disappointing. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. The staff definitely seemed disinterested this time usually hey are friendly.

The room Way excellent as always Every year we cama back in this time of the year for our anniversary But this year the hotel doesn’t has the breakfats as usually. The breakfast was poor , no omellets , nos eggs , no bacon , no cheese , no han Only pastrys And the músician that every day enjoy with the fantastic MUSIC in the lobby doesnt been there So it was a very common stay instead of fantastic

We selected this hotel based on its amazing reviews, and it's close proximity to a lot of fun things to do in the area. We were not disappointed! The rooms are absolutely beautiful with spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. They even have a little basket of wine selection and wine glasses for you. I thought that was a lovely touch! They have a lovely pool area, a jacuzzi, and even a fire pit to enjoy at night. The premises are impeccable. Breakfast is included and it does not disappoint! They even have a live guitar player to entertain you during your meal. This is such a lovely hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly! Jeff was so sweet when we checked in, and they allowed us a later check out as well. They have free beach Transportation which is only about a mile away, and they give you umbrellas and chairs for you to enjoy. This is definitely where we will be staying again when we return to Naples

My sister and I love this hidden gem in Naples. We stayed here in Nov 2024 & again in Oct 2025. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with incredible staff, immaculate rooms, a great breakfast, free parking, lovely pool/patio and in a great location! Amazing experience at this hotel. Is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The view from my room was to the lake and the pool and it was so relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Mattress a little hard (but could be a matter of preference for some people). The only thing that I didn’t like it was that on Expedia said cook-to-order breakfast but it wasn’t. The only choice of eggs was a cold boiled egg. Lack of hot items at breakfast and there was some variety on sweets but mostly donuts and pastries. Anyway everything else was so nice that I would not take a star to the review. I definitely would come back and I highly recommend it.
