Good Proximity to Airport - Parking, Shuttle

Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went. Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English. There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day. We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more.

The parking garage is dangerous, we were almost hit head on by a truck flying out of the garage as we were attempting to pull in for parking. The front desk is located on a level where traffic is crazy, homeless people hang out, there is graffiti and trash everywhere. The buildings are abandoned and unsafe.

We were charged for parking when parking was included in our rate. When we brought up that we had been erroneously charged for parking we were told that charge had already happened so all they could offer were a couple free drinks at the hotel bar. The front desk is a horrific mess during check in and check out times, there’s zero consistency of how you are treated by the staff, and I’m wondering how many people have suffered the same situation as we did.

The Hotel was a top star hotel for us! It was new and modern and the beds were comfortable. The room Was separated to accommodate 2 queen beds that gave us privacy, each had a tv. The Buffett had a great variety of food! Walkable to stores and dining restaurants and to the metro station.

Amazing staff!! They held our luggage a few days prior to our check-in which saved us the headache of finding a location for storage and luggage fees. Great customer service!!

You should know that the area is pretty much industrial, -not near the touristic sea side-, but the property has the quality that you could expect from a H.Inn. Btw, the internet was fast. Yes, Id stay there again

This was a last minute booking. The check-in process was seamless and all of the staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel.
