After a horrible experience at Marco ocean beach suites. We went here and wow we had fun they have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and back and it was great relaxing time.

Grade 1 - Front Desk Staff Member!

I had a particular issue with room 258, regarding the Bath in the room. And sought the help of your Front Desk staff (07/22/2025), the African American lady (well presented) serving was absolutely exceptional in every measurement of Customer Care. The care and attention to detail employed was very impressive. Before our departure we were hoping to see her again in order to tip her, but sadly she wasn’t on duty, very disappointing for us. Please could you express our heartfelt gratitude to your staff member concerned, if possible.

Great location, clean and pleasent stay. The AC worked ok, but the thermostat was not working so it was not the ideal case where I'd set it up a bit cooler for a more comfortable sleep.
