The hotel is fine. The people are nice. Rooms are only serviced upon request. If you need toiletries like of an extra bar of soap or an extra little thing of shampoo, you have to run by the front desk. Not the newest property, but it gets the job done.

This hotel was expensive for what it offered. The room was so small that I literally had to walk sideways to fit between the bed and the closet. It felt cramped and uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected at least basic space and comfort. There are much better 2-star hotels that offer larger rooms and better overall value at the rate I paid.

Our room was clean except for the carpeting. It could really use a good steam cleaning. Lots of spots everywhere and just dingy. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. It was too chilly to use the outside facilities. We did request a partial refund as rhe hot tub was not working. Since we'd booked thru Expedia, the hotel could not offer any refund. Is there something you can/could do? Regards, Brenda Fogarty
