I enjoyed the experience. The quality was great given the price and the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. On my second night around midnight it seemed that the power went out in the entire building but it was quickly resolved (less than 10 minutes). Staff was available 24/7 to answer questions, provide assistance and otherwise make my stay more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was easy.

What an awesome find, so close to the train station. We needed a place for one night and we couldn’t have chosen better. From the convenience to the station to the lovely ladies that check us in. Great bed, super clean. We couldn’t have asked for better. We were skeptical but once we opened the door to the hotel, we knew we’d made the right decision. For anyone connecting by train or plane in Naples, this hotel is a great find. Rooms are quite small but overall, we thought it was great 😊

Great hotel, excellent staff
I enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a good location, in a vibrant neighborhood. It is a little difficult to find it, however. There is no visible sign. The big brown door to the left of the Pharmacy is the entrance, and the upper left bell is the one to ring the hotel
