THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR 3 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHS. THIS UNIT WAS PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED Minutes away from the beautiful Naples beaches and Marco Island. Ideal central location between Naples and Marco Island, you are just 15 minutes from the downtown or beaches in either location. This unit was recently purchased was is 100% professionally decorated. This unit has everything brand new including SMART TVs. All bedrooms, bathrooms, living, kitchen and furniture and mattresses are brand new. Free rounds of golf May-September. Guest access It is just a two minute walk over to the clubhouse where you can tee off on the Lely Flamingo or Mustang golf courses. There are 2 public golf courses available for your use, the club house is a 2 min walk from our front door. Greenlink's guests are guaranteed the lowest published rates for golf. if you walk 2 minutes in the opposite direction and you'll find the pool, hot tub, exercise room, shuffle board, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts - all free of charge - no additional resort fees!

Beautiful Villa!

Spent a short week with my family visiting in this beautiful Villa. The property is exactly as pictured, even better in person! The unit was very clean, appeared newly renovated, and decorated so nicely it was like out of a magazine. It has all of the basic amenities, dishware, towels, linens, small appliances including Keurig and hair dryer. The washer and dryer was great as well. We enjoyed our mornings on the Lanai drinking coffee looking out over the water. We used the pool area, hot tub, and exercise room in the clubhouse and they were all just as nice.... Only a couple minute walk from the unit. The golf courses look beautiful, but we were unable to fit in a round this trip. It is about a 15-minute ride to 5th Avenue areas which was great. The owner was responsive to my inquiries and provided all information needed for a smooth check in. I highly recommend and will definitely look for availability in this unit again when I return to Naples in the future!
