Not worth the cost.

Too expensive for what it is. The balconies are rusted and not kept up. The balcony furniture is uncomfortable and therefore you can’t really enjoy it. (Views are great though) There WiFi wasn’t working for half our stay so that was pretty annoying and all they gave us for it was two free drinks. (Kind offer but not enough for the inconvenience) We tried two different nights to get wine glasses sent up to the room, room service wouldn’t answer one night and then said “room service is closed” the other night. The concierge wouldn’t bring wine glasses up either both nights. Literally the only place I have ever stayed that couldn’t do such a simple task. With that said, the day staff was delightful and kind. I would just say there are better places to stay with the same type of view and for way less money. They want to be a luxury stay but fall just short. I had such high hopes because of all the other reviews and maybe we just didn’t luck out. Who knows! As for location, it’s an easy walk for the Port and Spanish Quarter.

Hotel was beautiful and right across from the Mediterran. There was construction along the water, but not the fault of the hotel of course. Rooms were beautiful, but the WiFi was a little spotty in our room. Rooftop bar & restaurant were beautiful with stunning views of the water. Breakfast buffet had the biggest spread of food we saw during our 2+ weeks in Italy.

Fabulous location and very friendly, helpful staff. The many rooms with an ocean view has jukiet or full balconies for catching the sunrise or sunset. Terrace on the roof is very romantic.. even if you are traveling without a romantic partner!
