Gated community with clubhouse, heated pools and spa, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce, basketball, organized activities and social events. Lots of walking trails and nature preserve which hosts lots of deer, other wildlife and a wide array of birds. Less than 5 miles to pristine beaches, great golfing nearby and easy access to all Naples and Marco have to offer! Walk to Dunkin Donuts, Seed and Table, Publix, Target, Walmart and other shopping close by. Easy 25 minute drive from Fort Myers Airport.
