Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property listing was very misleading. It is listed as a bed & breakfast but we only had access to a small room with bathroom. The bed was old and sagged in the middle and only came with a sheet and had holes, no blanket. The air conditioning was a small wall unit and kept turning off throughout our stay. We did not have access to a kitchen and only had a very small refrigerator without a coffee maker or microwave. We were told that there would be cleaning every other day and we did not receive any clean towels or bedding. The owner demanded that we move to a smaller room during our stay to accommodate her mother that needed our room after we had already paid over 400 per night. The owner also asked that we pay her a tax per person per day which amounted to 10 per day. We decided to leave halfway through our stay due to the terrible traffic, construction, and nightclub noise during the evening along with the very poor accommodations. I asked that we be refunded for two nights and never did see any money deposited back into my account. I would not recommend using this property.
