Overall, the stay was just okay. The property itself seemed nice, but there were several issues that significantly impacted our comfort. We stayed in the same building as the front desk and restaurant, and it was very loud throughout our stay. Housekeeping repeatedly entered our room immediately after a single knock on the patio door, without waiting for a response. We were only provided one “Do Not Disturb” placard for the main door, which made this worse. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fine. Front desk staff, however, were not welcoming and it often felt awkward approaching them. Our first assigned room (Room 24) had a noticeable odor, so we moved rooms. Unfortunately, the second room had the same smell. I later discovered visible mold on the toilet tank lid, inside the bowl, and under the lip of the sink. The odor appeared water-related and aggravated my allergies. Both rooms smelled the same, which made me wonder if there was a previous water issue or leak. When we returned home, our clothes carried the same smell. Housekeeping also did not seem thorough. Items under the sink were dusty, and the bed rails and box spring were visibly dirty. I felt uncomfortable and unclean during the stay and would have left if the stay hadn’t been prepaid. At checkout, I was incorrectly charged for breakfast even though it was included with my stay. I checked out five days ago and am still waiting for a call or email from the manager regarding

Just a quick trip from San Francisco for Christmas Eve. Staff was absolutely amazing especially since they were working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Kind, considerate, cheerful - really impressive! I think the gentleman working breakfast was Jeremy? Amazing service! We also loved our spacious room and ease of parking. Will definitely return & recommend-thanks to all!
