Amazing staff
We had our ac broken and staff was very proactive and offered discount as they couldnt fix by time we left. That was considerate. Room was amazing. This will be our headquarter whenever we go back to Napa.

The upper floor smelled heavily of weed at all hours of the day. The staff was polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff entered my room from the balcony and I was barely clothed. It was a rather uncomfortable situation.

Very beautiful facility. Kind and helpful stuffs. It was a solo trip with a small dog. It is prohibited to leave a dog anytime in our room. However, pool area & spa & gym area are also prohibited to take a dog inside. Senza hotel is charged a resort fee $45 each day, but the guest like me can’t redeem it. The night time wine tasting was also cancelled without notice when I went, Hopefully it will be allowed pets in the pool & spa if they behave well.

Our room was quiet and clean, with lovely amenities. The private patio was a peaceful place for morning coffee. The pool was in need of cleaning and the front desk staff was not very engaged. Would stay here again,.

This is our fourth time staying in Senza, and we truly always loved our stay. But this time upon arriving the room/balcony wasn’t as clean and the pool was dirty (not to mention the dead mouse at the bottom of the pool). Needless to say I’d still stay here want to enjoy a nice swim and a bit cleaner room next time!

The place is super nice. Excellent location. Cleaning fluid bottles (2) on bed looked like room wasn’t exactly finished? The pool was nice but there was not one single umbrella and it was 100 degrees. In the morning we went to pool and all cabanas were taken and people were leaving in their cars like us. Also our room’s exterior door did not lock. The lock was broken or the door was warped or something but i could not lock the door to outside. This place is very disappointing. I wanted to sit poolside and the place had no option than the 4 cabanas. All lounge chairs were empty in baking sun on the fourth of july. We are driving home before check out time even.
