Lovely property - in the middle of construction but inside was lovely. Staff personnel are wonderful and very helpful. Dog area small and not really green - but it is the summer! Restaurants close. Morning breakfast had wonderful pastries. Would stay here again.

Receptionist rude at check in. Website says pets are welcome. There is no information stating that pets may not stay in room without you or that there is a $50 cleaning fee for having a pet. Disappointed as I stay here several times a year. Will no longer stay here.

EXCELLENT in every way. From the first moment on the property we felt at home. Jeffrey checked us in and was so welcoming and friendly and our room was absolutely perfect. I have never walked into a hotel room and saw such perfection. Seriously, it was immaculate. The housekeeping staff does such an excellent job. The location is perfect for Napa and Sonoma and we would stay there again in a second. The next day we met Randy and he was so awesome and welcoming as well. Both of these gentlemen are tremendous assets to the Napa Winery Inn. They exemplified the best hospitality and customer care and every business wants people like them. Every single staff member we met was wonderful. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Property seems to have had some flooding so the hallways smell of sewage. Bathroom exhaust and plumbing does not work well and was extremely loud. We asked the hotel to fix but they didn’t and also did not offer a different room. Quality of free breakfast also was not great. I would not recommend this property.
