Cool Old House that was added onto and repurposed as a hotel. Many of these are in Nantucket. This was really nicely done and on a main trip where we could sit on the front porch. One really wonderful thing happened! My wife lost an earring. They found it and mailed it to us.

They had a wide variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, and other breakfast items. Rooms were clean and updated. Beautiful area with all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back again….

Best is location. Noisy from street and room to room. Shower and sink water temperatures wildly inconsistent. Hair dryer useless. Lack of windows in room. Felt closed in and claustrophobic. Breakfast lacked variety day to day. Very much overpriced for what you get.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful & friendly. The hotel was clean and bright with modern decor. I enjoyed the fire pit out back to just relax. The continental breakfast was wonderfully sugary and sinful.

We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops nearby. Thank you 21 Briad for another great experience. We will return.

Great ACK Stay!

Great accommodations! Clean, comfortable, and classy. Very friendly and personable staff and excellent hang out areas on front porch and back deck area. Location in town a plus but can but a bit loud at night with passers by if you have a room on Broad Street.
