Fantastic location. Easy to walk to Nagano station. Easy walk to Zenkoji. It is a Japanese hotel so it is a small room. Don't expect western size. No issues with it at all.

Highly recommend this property, in a good neighborhood and only little over 10 minute walk from Nagoya station. Nice size room and we truly got a king bed by western standards. The breakfast was outstanding. Hotel has a laundry facility, we had no issues getting a W/D. Some hotels are just too crazy busy. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional. Worth spending a little extra and excellent value

Average stay

JAL hotel was about 10 minutes from Nagano airport. It’s midway between the station and the temple. The hotel was ok and the rooms were also OK: a bit on the small side. The launderette was always crowded or people were using it. Service was also average, your regular business hotel. Glad we only stayed 2 nights

For the price we were very happy. The room was clean and easy to walk to food, shopping, etc. Our room also had a view of the mountains. Would come back.

Easy access - 5 minute walk to the train station, 15-20 min walk to the Senso-ji temple. Clean and all toiletries you might want. Breakfast pretty good, with great views of the city
