The property has friendly, helpful staff and the rooms are clean. I stayed here last October and there was no mention of a daily charge for parking so I was definitely caught off gaurd when it was mentioned. The breakfast has a nice variety of items, but the food was barely warm and was cold by the time I sat down to eat. Overall it was a good experience.

Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach

We always stay at Hampton inn wherever we go. The one on Ocean Blvd Myrtle beach is perfect for us. It has nice, pet friendly rooms and great pools and yard. The staff is always friendly and accommodating..unfortunately though, you have to request house keeping.

The room smelled very stale . The carpet in the room was in shredded. There was blood stains on the bed sheets.

Overall pleased with the accommodations. Our room had a small sort of like moth balls. Opened the door and turned on AC to circulate the air. Helped some. Otherwise very pleased.

One of the doors was broke. Had to go long way around. When I reserved the room Expedia was deceiving when explaining the room had to pay extra. Last time using Expedia.

Upon entering the room we found an error on the heat unit that was blowing cold air. (This is in February!). They called maintenance and offered us a new room. Before we could retrieve our belongings, service arrived at the door and “fixed” it. He was friendly and proficient. So we stayed in original room. Much to our regret the unit malfunctioned again the next afternoon and we called for service. They fixed again (not so friendly) and we hoped it would hold us to checkout the following morning. Unfortunately we woke up in a cold room. We dressed and checked out early!!
