Excellent location for golfers. Unit is large, well designed, heating and AC work fine and controlled easily with modern digital thermostat. Although the unit was cleaned before our arrival, it was not a thorough and all encompassing cleaning job. In harder to reach or out of the main sight locations the cleaner(s) didn’t do a good job. Communication with property manager was perfect until (when ready to go to bed) we discovered there was (in the closet) only 1 blanket. There were 3 of us, each in a double or queen size bed. After texting with the property manager at about 9:30-9:45pm we got 2 extra blankets the next day. However, the blankets provided were small throws rather then blankets (actually half the size of a blanket required for the size of beds existing in the unit). The place requires a bit of TLC and a facelift to take care of some of lacking conveniences (better quality towels, replacement for the mattress pads, replacement for the mattress pads the rusted dish rack and the burned out light bulbs). Things were generally ok and some things even better. As a suggestion it would be helpful to clearly indicate in the description of the unit that there is a flight of stairs to get to the living space.
