TWO Ocean Front condos adjacent to one another & another brand new unit A505 (listing #2748851) - SO 3 CONDO'S ON THE - ALL OCEAN FRONT on the 5th floor in the A building in Myrtle Beach Resort literally steps away from one another located in the center of Surfside Beach. This one is Vrbo #433154, Corner unit A501 is Vrbo #1056459, new unit A505 Vrbo #2748851. This resort offers 6 swimming pools (2 indoors) brand new lazy river and children's water park, 4 Jacuzzis, 3 saunas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor beach bar with sand volleyball and access to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions. Amazing for watching sunsets or sunrises, these beautiful one bedroom one bath top floor condos are located in the 'A' building with a spectacular oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. Condos are at the end of the top floor away from all the noise, very peaceful and quiet. Whether you love the beaches, walking, running, searching for shells or sharks teeth, the golf courses, or fun family activities...... Everything is just a step away.

In a gated community with 24 hour security, this well manicured resort is spread over 33 gorgeous acres of property. There is also a fully-equipped playground and arcade games for children.

The resort is within minutes of hundreds of restaurants, several golf courses, two - three piers, four - five malls, two Tanger Outlets, 3-4 amusement parks, night clubs and music theaters, movie theaters, numberous of specialty shops, and a variety of other entertainment facilities.Within minutes of the condo, there are a variety of activities for people of all ages and interests.

This condo is totally remodeled due to Hurricane Matthew. Kitchen has been totally upscaled to full sized appliances and dishwasher, granite counters and new custom kitchen cabinets. Flooring has been replaced throughout with the new Mohawk Luxury vinyl planking. All new furniture and all new decor. Upscaled L section with storage and pull out bed underneath. Updated bath, 65' Flatscreen Smart TV and Flatscreen TV in bedroom. Bunk area with custom ladder and side rail (removable). It is comfortable for a family of 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people. The unit has a fully remodeled tile bathroom including a Corian countertop with new toilet. The master bedroom has a brand new ORGANIC COTTON mattress and box springs, flat screen tv, dvr, and double closet with private entry into bathroom. In the back hallway there is two bunk beds (memory foam toppers) and a closet for storage. (ALL NEW LINENS) (NEW PICTURES OF COMPLETE REMODEL)

The air conditioning unit completely replaced and cools extremely well and is very comfortable. In the living room area there is a 65' Flat Smart Screen TV. The balcony has been updated with a new railing with four tall chairs and two tables.

Perfect in every way

The property was exactly what we expected! The place was very well stocked with everything we could need and more. We like to cook a lot of our own meals and Diane’s place had everything we needed to do that. The location was great and the people in the resort are super friendly! We liked it so much, we booked for next year on our second day there! Diane is a great host!

What else can I say...

... that hasn't already been said over 150 times by others that have stayed at Diane's place! Everything, and I do mean absolutely everything exceeded my expectations in every way! She is truly concerned with making sure you have the most enjoyable time during your stay and is simply a pleasure to chat with, I've believe I've made a new friend(s) with her and her hubby. Trust me when I tell you that all you need to bring is your clothes, the place has everything you will ever need (and more) all the way down to a Garlic press, I mean, who thinks to furnish a Garlic press lol, impressive attention to detail for sure! I'm a world traveler and have been all over the US but this was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach and because of Diane's over-the-top hospitality, I will definitely be back! :)

From check to check out process, everything was very smooth. The property overall was very clean and well kept! Condo itself exceeded expectations and direct contact with the owner of condo was very nice. They were very prompt with response and was glad to answer any questions!! Love this place

Second time with stayed at one of Diane's properties.. we love this place. Clean and updated. Love the location..perfect beach view. Easy accessible to the beach. Only downside is how bright it is in the bedroom at night. We HIGHLY recommended adding black out curtains to the rental. My 3.5 year old woke up in the middle of the night and came in our room..she thought it was morning time and time to wake up... she refused to go back to bed until we showed her that no one was at the beach and pool it was middle of the night.

I was very impressed when I entered this condo.Everything was new and attractive and well decorated and clean. the location was probably one of the best at the resort on the 5th floor of the A building.We couldnt hear anyone around us and every morning we got up to an incredible sunrise.The resort itself was very nice with ponds and geese ducks swans turtles you name it floating in the various ponds Diane was in contact with us the whole time .we stayed for a month I would highly recommend this place!

Very clean. Beautiful view. Great location. A few steps from the pool and beach - great for kids. A little tight for a family of 5. Never heard the neighbors. Updated appliances. Easy and prompt communication with property manager. Great experience overall.

Had a great stay!

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach Resort. The condo was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and there was literally anything we needed there. There were lots of places to hang clothes, towels, etc. which helped with keeping things picked up. The sliding glass door was slightly hard to open, but had a great balcony. There wasn't any excessive outside noise after dark. Great communication- Diane sent our emails and parking passes prior to our stay and she contacted us when she knew the gate code had changed. The elevators were close by. The parking was close-which is something we weren't used to. The property was nice. We always take a wagon to the beach and there was an area that you could just roll through without dealing with the steps. Plenty of showers to wash off the sand. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great getaway before school starts back!

Overall great little place to stay. Beach was nice. Pools was nice very crowded. Parking was somewhat a hassle, which had guaranteed spot next to unit. Room was nice perfect size for 4 or less. Host was easy to communicate with. Only recommendations I would suggest would be beds. Sofa/bed was very uncomfortable. Bunk beds arent practical really especially top. Master bedroom needs a fan really. Little noisey for a comfortable sleep. On scale of 10 I would give it a 7 based on everything.

Great Oceanfront Condo

Great condo for a small family. All appliances and dishes a family could need were supplied and clean. The only cleaning appliance that would have been handy would have been a sweeper. Diane was easy to communicate with and made the Check-In process seamless. Wonderful Oceanfront Balcony. The Myrtle Beach Resort is a great family resort with a nice pool, kids pool, and lazy river. Only complaint was other people were smoking marijuana on there balconies which would often cause the balcony smell to be unbearable and not suitable for for my children to be on. This is out of Diane’s control and has no bearing of her condo, my families experience in her condo was great!

Great place to stay

The place was clean and nice. The resort was nice with a lot to do and felt safe. Only thing we didn’t love was the fireworks lit off on the beach every night -sometimes in the middle of the night.
