The toilet door jammed twice and I wasn’t able to use the toilet. The second time I reported the door to reception the staff member said she was too busy with work and I would have to wait.

This is a very tired hotel. Its in a great location. The rooms are very shabby. I was woke at 5.50 am then again at 6.30 no I would not go back there.

The hotel has a great location but it is a bit old..my room was basic- ok ..2 twin beds..bathroom was clean.. but i did not have heat-- it was 31 farenheit outside. I was freezing...i didnt bother saying anything because i was only there for a quick night ...and i just bundled up....but i would not stay there in the winter...

This property is convenient to any place that you want to see in the old city. You are 15 minutes walking too many tourists sites or to pick up a tour. Dining options are plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful to our needs.

This hotel is not in great condition but the price was right. If you’re looking for a place to sleep only and you want to be closer to the city center, this is a possible choice. No good amenities to mention. Next time I’ll choose another hotel and pay the extra euros for a better hotel.

The location is superb, the staff is great, the room is a little bit old, and the bed could take an improvement, but overall stay is great if you're there to know the city.

This was an expensive dump in need of a major renovation. The receptionist was friendly, but the room was quite run down. The furniture was beat up, the electric wiring was a hazard, the bathroom door vent was covered with a piece of cardboard, and the faucets in the tub were falling apart. We didn’t have hot water for one morning’s shower. Quite disappointing for the price!

Gran ubicación, cerca del metro y de la plaza Marienplatz. Una habitación con buen espacio, baño amplio, ducha con bañera y agua bien caliente. La cama bastante bien, con colchon cómodo. El punto en contra es que no tienen blackout. La atención super cordial.

Scegliamo questa struttura ogni volta che torniamo a Monaco, da più di vent'anni. Le camere sono spaziosissime e luminose. E' nel cuore della città, comodissima ai principali luoghi di interesse. Se la colazione alla mattina prevedesse anche delle opzioni vegane sarebbe una scelta intelligente e vincente.

Ein kleines Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr traditionell gehalten. Viel Holz, was man auch hört. Das Hotel bietet alles was man braucht.
