• The kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive variety of cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. Cloud 9 has labeled cabinets and drawers throughout the kitchen for easy navigation. • 2nd king bedroom: The 2nd king bedroom includes a flat screen TV, closet, dresser, and a cozy reading nook. This king bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
• Loft: The custom wooden stairs lead to an open loft where you`ll find three twin beds, a foosball table, a flat screen TV, gaming chairs, and an Xbox with games - a perfect spot for kids and teens.

• Only dogs allowed. No other pets are permitted.
• The gate on the deck is also useful for allowing smaller dogs to enjoy the outdoor space with you, without the risk of them wandering off to explore on their own.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.
⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
• Standard check-in time is 4PM.
• Standard checkout time is 10AM.
• Occasionally an early check-in of 1PM or a late checkout of 1PM is available.
• An early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed. This must be pre-approved by the host and will be confirmed by the host one day prior to arrival or departure.
• A fee of $65 plus tax applies. Payment will be coordinated with the host.

In the winter, we recommend you be prepared for winter weather and plan accordingly.
• We cannot provide refunds or assistance for accessing the property.
• Traveling in a 4WD vehicle is recommended if snow is expected. During more extreme snow and ice conditions, tire chains may also be required on the rural mountain roads.
• Keep in mind, higher elevations can experience snow a little earlier and/or a later than the typical winter season.
