This place is my go-to every time I'm in Kingsport. You could pay more elsewhere but why would you want to? It's also just a straight shot down the interstate if you want to do some serious bowling at Interstate Bowl in Bristol, Virginia... our second favorite place.

The beds were hard, the pillows were too flat, the floors were dirty, washed are feet to get in bed because they felt grimy, the wash cloths were very dirty when we finished, there was bacon in the bathroom floor, the tv screen was very dirty with fingerprints all over the screen

Hotel stay great. Guests no so great.

The only issue had nothing to do with the hotel. Some guest left a large pile of dog poop by the dog trash can and i didn't see it and stepped in it. Please remind guests that it is their responsibility to pick up after their pets.

Room and bathroom were clean, adequate. Beds not very comfortable. Outside area was dirty, cigarette butts all over the sidewalks. They did not charge for dogs which was nice, but pet area extremely limited (very small grass area, and not very clean. Coffee in lobby, but not in room.
