We had a wonderful stay here! I visited with 6 friends, and we were all able to sleep comfortably in the four bedrooms. Our check out process was super simple, which we loved. We really enjoyed the porch! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Property

Perfect place for the family. Downtown Charleston is just a few minutes away! Convenient stores and restaurants are nearby too. The house is so new and clean and all the beds are so comfy. 5 star experience! Stay Duvet made us feel so welcome and introduced options even days before we arrived. That was my best visit to South Carolina. We’ll be back!

Quiet neighborhood

House was as advertised with a lovely yard. The appliances and cookware need replacement. The master bedroom mattress was very good. The other beds upstairs need the mattresses and support system replaced. This property has great potential but needs some TLC.

Fun at Phil's place

The house was charming and in a great location for all the things we were doing! Close to the beach, great restaurants and Charleston! The Duvet staff were extremely helpful when we had a few questions.. like how to work the remote. They answered us in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend staying at this home!

The house is a good setup. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. The backyard was really nice and completely fenced in. The kitchen had good utensils and pots and pans. The drawback was that it was not listed as a smoking property yet when we opened the door everything smelled like smoke. Hadanother property. like smoke.

Truly is a Backyard Bliss

We enjoyed our stay for the week! It was clean and had everything we needed. I could not leave that porch it was just so peaceful and we had our dog who loved the backyard to run around in. Bonus it had a doggy door! The check in and check out process was easy. Communication was amazing! Quick to reply. Absolute loved it!

Great home in a great location

We loved our stay here, enjoyed the evenings and early mornings on the screened in porch. Very clean and spacious home, conveniently located to lots of activities, grocery stores and beautiful neighborhoods

The interior of the house is very attractive and in good condition, with an attractive covered porch, and a lovely backyard. The master bedroom is large and has a huge bathroom. The other 2 rooms have an adjoining bathroom, and good for a family to share. Four minutes from an amazing bakery and takeout called Kudzu. Our only issue was one morning three people had hot showers, but the forth and five people had cold showers so keep showers short if you have a group. A lovely property.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful home- spacious, clean and comfortable! The neighborhood and location were also great. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities offered but look forward to coming back! We also really appreciated the ease of communication with the couple of questions we had. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Lovely Home For Our Christmas Stay

We had a wonderful experience at Phils Place. Checking in and out was very simple. It's in a very convenient location and provided us with plenty of space which is why we chose to stay here over a hotel. The kitchen equipment is fully stocked, we were able to get Uber/ Lyft rides very easily, and everything was clean. The screened in porch area is lovely and provided a nice additional hang out space. If I had to give constructive criticism it would be that both showers need updating (even replacing just the shower heads would be a big improvement!) and we are used to sleeping with a fan which no bedroom had (but easily solved with a trip to Lowes and a $25 box fan... not a deal breaker). Overall- we would 100% stay here again!

Nice place!

Overall pleasant stay. Good location in Mount Pleasant, spacious, with nice amenities. Missing a few items like trash bags, tissues, and sofa produces a lot of down feathers. Manager is very helpful and responsive. Great yard for dog!

Charleston Getaway

We had a great time at this property right outside of Charleston. It was in a fantastic location halfway between the beaches and downtown. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped to host the 8 of us! Some of our favorite moments were sitting out in the outdoor patio just chatting! Great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this property in Mt. Pleasant! The house was beautiful, the property was easy to find and convenient to everything and the place was stocked with everything we would have needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hope to be back someday!
