I purposely picked this property because of the indoor pool and I did not know it was out of order until I checked into the hotel which was disappointing. The room was nice and clean burr to phones did not work, and when I had my sister check in the room it was four adults and they only gave my sister two keys for four adults I also asked for handicapped accessible room and I did not get one and my husband has cerebral palsy and it was hard for him to get in and out the tub. Was not happy at all but it was a place to lay my head

The hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly. The only issues I seen was that they had maintance painting in an elevator so it caused a delay with elevators. We ended until taking the stairs down. Also parking was a little strange. None of the parking garages said it was for this hotel. So it basically forces you to use the valet which cost more money. Over all it was a nice hotel. However it wasn't worth the price.

For the price of the hotel rooms, the rooms are very outdated . There was hair on a washcloth that I had not used yet. Gross! And I do not like that you have to pay for parking. The price you charge it Should be included . Way to expensive for the quality there

Arrived at 10:00 pm on 4-26-25 . Valet was kind, patient, and helpful. Upon arriving to our room 421, it was a bit dated but that is okay, it was semi clean…. Filthy air vent on ceilings in all rooms. The bath tub appears as it could be redone meaning new sealant , it appeared gross in color (the bath tub is not house keeping fault, that falls on the owner) out dated bathroom, broke safe in closet. Fridge that had rusted hinges that made it difficult to open and close. W/e were only there for the night . My husband

Overall the hotel was nice and the suites were spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the area felt fairly safe. Unfortunately, the pool was completely out of commission which was not stated anywhere before arriving at the hotel and the staff members were not honest about the condition of the pool. Getting an elevator from floor to floor was also tricky at times as there is only one end of the hotel with elevators and only three elevators. Also, a map or diagram of where to park was not provided before arrival at the hotel which led to great confusion when trying to find the correct parking garage.

Huge safety concerns

We made the decision to depart our trip early because the elevators did not work. This was a huge safety concern for us. My husband has mobility issues so taking the stairs was not an option. I was shocked that we were not offered a partial refund for the danger this situation created to all occupants of the hotel.

Bathtub did not drain properly and the water soaked into the carpet in the next room! Maintenance came and we got “downgraded” to another room. Since we booked with Expedia they were unable to give us any type of discount plus they charge $15 for parking and wifi is not free. Also, no hottub on site like the photos imply. Will not be staying here again.

Valet needs reoganizing

The Valet service needs work. It is too congested. People trying to check in and those trying to get their car or park their car was cumbersome. The Valet service needs to be moved to the side. Let the front be for checking in. Then when you need your car go to the side where the other sliding doors are. Unless you like elavator noise don't get on the top floor outside the elavotors. You can here them in the back going up and down. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Staff are very friendly.
