Was supposed to been a no smoking room, the smell of smoke in that room would knock you down, the refrigerator rocked back and forth if you touched it, the freezer part was totally frozen over and iced over you couldn't even fit a can of Coke in the freezer because it was full of ice, parental controls set on TV apps so therefore limited to what could be watched, towel rack in the bathroom loose on one end, have stayed here a few times before with no problems but this time will probably be the last time

We were there for a three night stay. Bed was never made up. Room was never cleaned, or trash removed. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and washcloths. Front desk was rude about it. Will never stay there again. It has obviously gone downhill under current management, past stays were not like this.

Nice room, very comfortable bed . Breakfast was not as great, no plates, almost all types of bread and bagels gone, no cream cheese, only butter and yoghurt in the fridge, biscuits were not totally done . Breakfast from 7 to 10am. Got there at 8.30am and most of the items were gone and not refilled.

I have stayed in other Quality Inn’s and this one definitely shows it is an old property. I had been driving for five hours straight and was getting tired. Pros: the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. Cons: the room smelled musky and stunk. I saw a small fly on the wall and thought it came in when I opened the door, but then I saw two more in the shower! Also, the bathroom was dirty and had hair on side of tub. The drapes didn’t fit correctly over the window and the parking lot light was shining in the room all night. Plus, all night long there were bird sounds. I don’t know if it was a recording or what but where I live the birds sleep at night. My advice is to spend a little extra money and go to another hotel.

Our family of 7 stayed over night. We literally spent less than 10 hours there as it was a pit stop on our way to North Myrtle Beach. I booked it cheap, but it wasn't a last minute booking. I was disappointed that our separate rooms were so far away from each other, separate as in not even the same buildings. The room was clean enough, but it does need quite a bit of updating. The breakfast was pretty tasty. The staff on duty at arrival was not very friendly. And she had been eating at the desk and on her phone. We found the morning staff was just as unprofessional, but at least we're friendly and kind. Overall, it wasn't the worst stay we experienced and would recommend it if you're in a pinch or need a last minute accommodation.

Everything was nice and clean. No complaints about the room except mattress was too hard for my liking. I was concerned about the railings going up to our second floor room. Two of the rails were very wobbly and I did not feel secure counting on them to help support me while using the staircase. Sunday breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Food tasted fair and the same person working the front desk was working the breakfast. This caused them to run out of things and you had to wait. Also had problems left waffle cooker, which others they had been having problems with it already (so why wasn't it unplugged. We left and ate at Cracker barrel. Rooms were clean and staff was nice Also found out it you use third party app to make reservations they will put you on second floor, no elevator.
