Staying at Sage N Sand is always my first choice when visiting Moses Lake with high school sports. It is always clean and fairly quiet. It is affordable with a comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom and shower a small refrigerator and a microwave that is easy to use.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem! I had a great stay at the Sage and Sand Motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed—perfect for unwinding after a long day. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable with good lighting but what really impressed me was the customer service. I booked the room ahead and didn’t arrive until 1am, the clerk had my reservation handy already so I didn’t have to wait at all to get into my room. When loading to leave the clerk greeted me in the parking lot to chat and ensure I had a good stay. The family operating this establishment did amazing!

Comfortable bed

The room was recently renovated and had every thing needed. The owner is trying very hard to please and is constantly updating. The location is centrally located, which is nice.
