I recently stayed at this motel and was pleasantly surprised by the renovated room and new furniture. The updates definitely enhanced the overall experience, making the space feel fresh, modern, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the new furnishings added a stylish touch to the room. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and it was evident that attention to detail was prioritized. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. While the motel is still working on upgrades in some areas, the renovated rooms make it worth the visit. Overall, I would recommend this motel, especially if you book one of the updated rooms. It’s a great value for a comfortable and refreshing stay.

Great Place to Stay!

This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I am in Moses Lake. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly.

This is a value property. There is nothing flashy or glitzy about it, but it is clean, it is quiet and it is comfortable enough, especially given the good price. I stayed for 2 weeks on work. But the owner made me feel quite uncomfortable, chasing me asking me for "10/10 on Expedia!" Every interaction I had with him, he was literally asking me to open my email in front of him and complete the rating. It was awkward, uncomfortable and unprofessional. Request the rating once and leave it at that.

We had a very good experience at the Sage and Sands Motel. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The price was very reasonable. The place was quiet at night. David, the owner/owner operator was friendly and helpful. We will be sure and revisit the Sage and Sands Motel the next time we pass through Moses Lake.

Great Motel!

This is a very nice family run motel. It is fresh, clean, and comfortable. It’s an older motel, but newly renovated and furnished. Everyone is so kind and friendly. This is my second time staying here and I plan on coming again!

Strange stay

It was a little rundown, especially when their sign out front said the rooms were remodeled. And the tin or metal frame under the bed was very obnoxious. There were several strange holes in the walls along with some tubing along the ceiling.
