Budget accomodation, bad services, NO wi-fi

Receptionist was unpleasant, bored, work has bothered her... Corridor dirty (under construction?). Bathroom and toilet dirty, hair in the bathtub. My room was clean, comfortable bed, fridge didn´t work. Wi-fi working only if you have Russian SIM card, so NO WI-FI FOR FOREIGNERS!!!

Хороший отель , но заселение с проблемами

Отель очень хороший , номера просторные , чистые , рядом метро Однако впечатление было испорчено тем , что в ваучере заселение значилось - ПОЛДЕНЬ. В это время заселять отказались , сказав что о Хотелс Ком они ничего не знают и заселение у них только в 14 час Только после угрозы . что я подам в суд , они тут же нашли номер для заселения
