Small room, great location!

Clean small room with small bathroom. No closet and no shelf space in bathroom. Limited coffee, no lotion or conditioner available. Good location.

Hotel conveniently up a steep road from shops and restaurants. You can see Morro rock and the water from the parking lot and some upstairs rooms. The room had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the walls can be thin hearing neighbors talking and walking around upstairs. Hard to get a good nights rest.

Recently remodeled and everything looked great. Walls are thin though so bring some ear plugs. Also, quite a bit of lite comes through the curtains so an eye mask is helpful

An aweful experience - The room was fine and clean, etc. but the grounds and surounding area were mostly run down. The biggest issue was with the staff - I had a card that i put down before i arrived and then they asked me for a card to hold when i checked in but told me that it would NOT be charged for the room and was only for incidentals then when i went to check out they had already charged the card and gave me a really bad attitude when i told them that I was told that it would not be charged stating that it was company policy. So i ended up having to have the charge marked as fruad through my bank by showing them that the hotel charged both cards for the same room so i was charged twice.

The service at Blufftop is exceptional. They don't hesitate to take care of guests without hesitation. I greatly appreciated that. The location is perfect, definitely the end of town you want to be on to walk to Morro Rock and the beach. The fixtures and bed were all clean, new, and lovely. The only downside it the thin walls and ceiling. You can really hear the people next to you and the people walking above you. It didn't impact our stay too much, thankfully.
