The staff were friendly and the hotel grounds were nice, except the landscaping in the front was overgrown. The breakfast nook is small and hard to navigate. The interior of this hotel os in desperate need of a down to the studs remodel and update. There was black mold/mildew in all the surfaces around the shower in the bathroom and the room itself had a strange odor. The mattresses and box springs were encapsulated which was a relief because of another review I saw that mentioned bed bugs! We only stayed one night so, it was only a minimum inconvenience for me.

The staff is very friendly and very cooperative, the price was right at $101 with a continental breakfast for two. There are a few things that could be improved at a little or no cost in room #312: 1. The table molding should be glued in 2. The only chair in the room was rather rickety 3. One bedsheet had a rather shredded edge 4. The was only one large towel and two small ones for two guests 5. No shampoo or hair dryer in the room 6. The rod for the shower curtain needs to be better fixed to the wall - it bends down, the curtain gathers in the center and shower water runs on the floor 7. I was unable to open the stuck window to get fresh air 8. The lights cannot be dimmed

The lady at the desk was excellent in handling so many people at once, very skilled, mannerly, customer focused and quality-driven. The outside of the motel looked very nice yet the inside was shabby, run-down, worn, furniture in room was terribly stained. At $170 in WV, 30 miles from nearest “city” the price was absurd for the expense. Poor value.

Never stay never again!

One of the beds was not prepared and clean to be ready. Also, one of the towels was not clean although it was folded properly. Requested the receptionist for a new room, but the excused was there were no more rooms available although the parking lot didn't support that excuse although we checked in pretty late. We had stayed Wyndham's hotels before, but this one seems to be the worst.

Run down hotel

This hotel has become run down. Cleanliness was questionable, some things were broken or out of order. Fridge didn’t work. Toilet paper holder broken. Ice makers and vending out of order. Bed uncomfortable. Shower curtain stained and unacceptable

Don't waste Money or Time. Dirty

The room was Dirty. I wouldn't even take a shower because I didnt want to have my bare feet touch anything. There was NO ICE anywhere in hotel and when we asked front desk she said they have some at gas station down the street. We over heard a guest who had been there all week that he couldnt get clran towels for 3 days! The rooms were dirty. Please it takes very little to at least vacuum the carpet! For $90 for 1 night it was an absolute waste of money. I could have slept in mt car for free and been happier. Didnt eat breakfasr because if rooms were that dirty I cant even imagine the kitchen! $90 wasted for sure! $90 gor
