Loved the location so close to Canaan State Park. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable king bed. Breakfast was ok, not great. Parking was well lit. Would stay there again for sure!

The room was fine, clean and very inviting; our only problem was the didnt have an elevator and my husband is a disabled vet and had to walk up the steps while I proceeded to chunk my way up one step at a time with my luggage. The breakfast wasn't much, just basically snacks, bagels, coffee and orange juice. We would probably stay again but would make sure we had a room on the 1st floor.

This comfortable small hotel offered a continental breakfast as well as hot soup for dinner. The soup was unexpected and very much appreciated. The staff was informative and helpful.

For whatever reason, the walls are thin or rather permit noises to be heard from the room. Other than that, the property is spotless and the staff great! I would highly recommend for a nice affordable stay in Davis. Breakfast offering was abundant and sweet. Good bagels, coffee excellent, and the first day- there was legit biscuits and gravy ( in a crockpot).

I expected it to be substandard, because of a misleading review. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. The reviewer mentioned trash under the bed??? Anyone can make a mistake, but I wondered if this was a false review. I spent zero time under the bed, perhaps I missed the trash.
