Lakeside Townhouse close to highways & town center

Perched at one of the entrances to Cheat Lake is this classically styled Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a designated office space with its own full bathroom! The master suite has its own patio that overlooks Cheat Lake and the deck out back is a great space to unwind. The ample space makes this property ideal for group travelers or those who want a little more room. Full garage access rounds this property out! Located minutes from I-68 and Suncrest town center/WVU campus'. This is a 4 story townhome, with the kitchen/living areas on the "2nd" floor and sleeping areas on the 3rd and 4th floors. The garage is usable for storage or parking. The garage door must remain shut when not in use. Please, no shoes past the 2nd floor. The best view of the lake is from the Master Bedroom balcony. The Kitchen has a "down draft" stove/oven. Note there is no hood/range above the appliance. Please turn the down draft fan on when using the stove/oven. The vapors are actually pulled down through the grate in the middle of the appliance and pushed outside. Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage. The Gray/Stone house across the street, to the left of the mailboxes, including the gravel lot, is private property and off limits. A $250 fine is levied for trespassing. We live in a lakeside community so parking during peak seasons becomes an issue. Therefore our HOA enforces a strict No On Street Parking rule, as well as only 1 vehicle per driveway. Our unit offers an additional parking space inside the garage. Extra vehicles can be left in the Marina. We are local to the cheat lake area. Please contact us with any questions regarding things to do, places to eat or any other recommendation you can think of. Located in Mariner Village, a Townhome community nestled in one of cheat lakes many coves. Minutes from Lakeview Golf resort, I-68 or I-79 and WVU.

Great Stay with a Beautiful View

We had a fantastic time staying at this townhouse. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and went above and beyond to help with any needs that arose. There was plenty of space for my adult children, two grandchildren, and myself to be together without being on top of each other. And the view was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Cheat Lake/Morgantown area.

Townhouse on Cheat Lake

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful view and locality of this property. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that there are a lot of steps but it is a townhouse after all. We were able to utilize the garage and pull our car right in everyday. Excellent for conferences or work trips.

1 night stay

The house was great, exactly as advertised. We had a little trouble getting into the house, but the owner answered our call and got us right in. Parking was tight. Between 6 adult couples we had 3 vehicles. 2 fit in the house garage/driveway, the 3rd pulled across the street in a driveway and the neighbor was extremely rude. But that's his problem.

Boat trip

This property had a great location to one of the marinas . the stairs were incredibly steep and the stairwells were not to code the outside property was extremely dirty and unusable. The master bathroom and bedroom were very nice however the others can use some work. Some of the pillows should be thrown in the trash. the refrigerator needs a deep cleaning but kitchen was very nice I would stay again but I would hope that you would clean a few things. thank you
