The outside of the property and surroundings looks fine but the rooms need updating and equipment changed out, bathrooms in need of maintenance along with air handling system! Paying an additional fee to park in the parking lot is wrong, almost $20 extra for one night! It use to be a nice place but it’s on a decline!

The omelets were AMAZING! Each one is hand made upon request, I got ham and cheese with bacon and jalapeños added, wow, best omelet ive ever had. I would go back again just for that! Moving on from the omlet...I loved the plants and fountain when I first walked in, very fresh and welcoming. I liked the configuration of the all the rooms facing inward, very unique. My room was a bit older and the bathtub faucet was a bit loose, other than that the facility was great and the staff were friendly. Had a great time and would return again!

Getting to know Lexington

This place is super! My wife is totally in love with Embassy Suites. The water fountains and fauna in the atrium help one to relax. Evertime we visit Lexington this is our hotel of choice!

OK, but not great

It was unfortunate that some lights right outside of the bedroom window flicked off loudly every five seconds all night long. It would have been nice to have sheets for the hide-a-bed in the room, and even nicer if they had brought a pillowcase when they brought the requested sheets. There were sticky spots on handles and surfaces, as well as what appeared to be a spot of blood on the bathroom wall. So overall, the hotel could use some work. The hotel was not terrible, but it needs some better care.

Beautiful place but 2 fountains weren't working, bathroom stall out of order and the worst of all, the male waiter was so RUDE. Having breakfast and had to leave in the middle of it. Got back around an hour later, went and got a fresh plate and he puffed up like he was the one who had bought the food!! Have dust allergies really bad and the bed frame in my room was covered in dust. Had to go out in the hallway and ask the housekeeper for supplies.

Great hospitality

This is our 3rd stay here. Love it! Spacious. Great treats like breakfast and afternoon drinks. We will come back again soon, our son is a freshman at UK. Thank you again and see you soon. Kudos to the cooks and staff
