If i knew they had construction inside i would not have booked i have COPD and could barely hear due to the Jack hammer it stopped at 6 pm but it starts at 8 am stadf grear building and noise was terrible i had to take photo and record back ground to show my friends

Room was fine, I was not made aware that the entire lobby of the hotel was being renovated and that they were jack hammering and breaking up concrete at 8 am until 6 pm. Very loud and distracting. Staff was great, and overall they did the best they could given the circumstances.

Not very pleased with this stay. The room was dirty, one of the beds made loud noise when you moved just a bit. A lot of areas were not cleaned for a long time you can see. Also charged my card 80$ for something they couldn't even tell me why... so she canceled it. WEIRD. Definitely won't be staying here again.

I over looked construction but then i got told kids only use pool from 6:30 pm to 10pm This was priblem since we had tournament at kbs center driday thru sunday evening an i had to be in an out an times free it wasnt available this was one reason i choose this place. Second there was hemp smells in areas like elevator an halls . Then 3rd charged 1500 a day to park cause they dont own parking lot who builds without access to parking lot. Fourth no sugar for coffee. 5th reason only takes credit cards so kids didnt get to buy snacks we only brought cash . Last i was up at 6:30 no coffee. Till 7:30 so drove ti vlises marthin to get coffee. For 119.00 a night. You would think it be worth it but in my option never again .i was even told i would only get charged for 1 day parking well at chrck out no i payed 30.00 so they lied to me there as well. We had party if 5. There was only 2 large towels 2 hand towels in room i could understand 1 short or 2 but 3 should at least be in room an a card explaining how to use wifi no i had to call desk.Breakfast i give a 3. Taters was cold as if they been warmed hours before lighting in dinning an all no goid

Ill start with the PROS. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfrotable. The room temperature was great and I felt like the walls were insulated well.

It was a really bad experience staying there. The place was under renovation, and no one informed us before check-in. Everything felt chaotic. We won’t be coming back.

Under construction, dust and debris should be addressed. Noisy kids running around. Contacted through the welcome text nothing was done. Barely slept. Room was hot and AC didn’t bring down temperature.

The room wasn’t as I booked, was supposed to have 2 beds + sofa bed. No hot water for the shower, tiles falling apart in the bathroom. No additional sheets/pillows/blankets for the sofa bed, paper thin walls and ceiling. Nothing on Expedia stated the entire property was under construction! Worst money I spent on my entire trip.

We received a notice about the construction AFTER we made the reservation, not before. There was NO hot water. Marty the staff member was outstanding, but management still has not comp'd our evening's stay.

Staff were great. I didn’t realoze when we booked that the hotel was under a major renovation. Half of the hotel was tarped and there was a lot of dust on the air an on the surfaces. We check in just before 4pm and we were notified that the water was off until 5pm. At 6pm it was still off and I went to the front to inquire. The gentleman was so apologetic and offered a refund if we decided to go elsewhere for the night . We returned to our room and were looking at other hotel options. During this time the water came back on. We stayed for the remainder of our booking but it’s certainly not the experience we’re used to when we’ve stayed here previously.
