We stayed here for parents weekend for UK. The proximity to campus was super helpful in visiting our college kid and walkable to Kroger field for the football game. My only complaint would be that the room walls are super thin. We could literally hear everything from our neighbors talking to their snoring all night. So if you aren’t a light sleeper, this is a clean, convenient spot to UK campus, otherwise I would look elsewhere.
