Nice stay but be fit to do stairs

The view was amazing. We were almost sure the room we got was the one in the pictures. However, the staircase is very steep and no lift so very difficult. specially with those with difficulties. Else breakfast is nice, staff is nice too

Look past the decor

The hotel needs updating and some money spent on it. What it lacks In appearance the proprietors make up for . The bedding and towels are spotless. Breakfast is good. All in all the hotel is great value for the price you pay .

Building fabric in need of attention.

Only stayed for one evening and had a good rest. However front door had been smashed and corridors and rooms were sorely in need of refurbishment. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would probably not stay there again.

Hotel is in very very poor condition,dirty walls,stains in carpet,wallpaper were coming off.Bathroom was not clean at all very tiny bathroom you can’t breathe at all that bathroom.Room doors was not strong enough.This hotel need a total renovation.We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 1 nights.We dint feel safe in the hotel as door are in a very poor condition.It is such a waste of money.I won’t be visiting again in my life.It just spoiled our holiday. I would not recommend this hotel at all.I want my refund or compensation.I am shocked by seeing the condition of the hotel

Dated rooms...breakfast buffet left for 2 and half hours...young lads on scaffolding looking into our room...young lads smoking drugs out front. Was not informed our hotel was used as a homeless shelter. Entire stay was hellish.

Morecambe stopover

Poor accommodation choice for our stopover. Building was in need of a serious refurbishment. Bedroom was old and tired with a polyurethane tiled ceiling which was falling in places. Radiator was left on with no thermostat to control it. En-suite facilities were basic and door handle kept falling off. Scaffolding right outside the window which couldn’t be helped but just added to the whole poor ambience. Overall pretty basic and I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Sea front hotel.

Hotel like probably many others was in need of a refurbishment programme Staff friendly and helpful. Great location on sea front. Self service breakfast acceptable. Good value.

Good price for double room and breakfast. It looks like they are refurbishing the place so a strange reception area. Broken glass in main door boarded up so not a great first impression. Bed was comfy but was quite noisy outside at the front with smokers laughing and talking as if was so hot had the windows open. Would stay here again as parking outside and price.
