Main bathroom with bath & shower; Separate toilet; Ensuite bathroom adjoining queen bedroom with shower & toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in all bedrooms; Ceiling fans in bedrooms; Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in lounge room. Large smart television with USB port in lounge room; Queen bedroom has large television with USB port. DVD player; Blu-Ray hard drive; Board games; WiFi for guests. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher & large fridge/freezer. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Shaded outdoor entertaining & seating area with pergola; Hooded gas barbecue; Weber Q barbecue.
