-Before arrival at accommodation was called to say that they were short staffed for cleaning and could I delay arrival.
-On arrival charged an extra $300 bond that I had not be advised about. Receptionist said it would have been somewhere in the small print if I had have read it.
-I had booked a two room apartment for one night but on arrival in room the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were locked off with a sign saying if we were requiring an extra room we would be charged an extra $150 per room.
- Rang reception to explain that I had paid for 2 rooms but only the master was accessible. Reception had closed so had to ring after hours.
-After 20 minutes of investigation, after hours informed me that I had been given the wrong room and we would need to vacate the apartment and move to another apartment. Asked if we could return the room to how it was before entry, return the keys to the after hours key slot, find an envelope for another family who was yet to arrive, swap the keys over and vacate the designated parking spot to move to the new allocated apartment parking.
- Just as we were gathering up our things, turning the tv off and licking up, after hours rang back to say never mind, they found an alternative resolution and we could stay in the room we were in and access the second bedroom.
- Once in the master suite I drew the curtains as it was dark by now and found a dirty bra, dirty men's undies and socks bunched up in the corner of the room under the window.
