I have stayed at this property numerous times over the years - things never change! Location is good - the staff are tremendous - breakfast is welcome - however it is impossible to find a shower in whatever room that retains the water. Water is normally spread throughout the bathroom. I am tired of not seeing something positive done to remedy the problem.

Room was great had everything you need including a combined washer dryer. We had a few issues finding it as was in shopping/ restaurant area and not very well signposted. Then had issues obtaining key however the girl on the phone was very helpful and sorted within 5 minutes
