The house was perfect. We were here for the high school girls state competition. We had 2 girls and 3 coaches and the house was ideal for sleeping and team breakfast before each day of competition.

I had booked quite a few VRBOs for a wedding in Montrose. Great location but I thought it was a little expensive. I had another VRBO, brand new on the golf course that was cheaper but didn't have as many bedrooms.

Very clean, lots of room. Kitchen was nice. Large bathrooms. Didn't realize it was a manufactured home with a basement. Inside stairs were too steep for one of my guests, and had to access the basement bedroom from outside stairs. Back patio was very nice.

We loved our stay at Walker Ridge! The house is very comfortable and well-maintained, the beds were fantastic, everything in the home was top-notch. The host reached out to make sure we had all the information on arrival and check-in that we needed as well. There's a notebook in the house with everything you need to know. The location was great, just far enough out of the busy areas to be relaxing and peaceful but close enough for a quick run to the store. The sitting areas in the back and the front were both comfortable and relaxing for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
